Rule

  • Tea ceremony begins with a bow and ends with a bow.
  • Please bow if host/servers bow to you.
  • Please take off your rings or accessories to avoid damaging the teabowls.

The way of drinking

server places a teabowl
in front of your knee		 make a bow
take the teabowl with
right hand and place it
on left palm		 turn the teabowl clockwise
twice to avoid drinking
from the front side		 drink!
place the teabowl in front of your knee make a bow wait to finish the ceremony
